St. Anthony Catholic church @ Bintulu town

I used to live in "darkness" world...and hate this world very much. It took me more than 30 years to find out who is Jesus. Because of God's love, I changed to a better person. Now, I love this world, especially the jungle of Borneo very very much! So, I go to church whenever I'm free, even I'm not at home.

Birds from Lundu & Sematan areas of western Sarawak

Purple-throated sunbird (Nectarinia sperata). This small bird loves to drink nectar from the flowers.

Female

Male.

Very cute bird called black & yellow broadbill (Eurylaimus ochromalus).

My first time to meet Hooded Pitta (Pitta sordida muelleri)! Too bad it was too dark (almost sunset)...very hard to photograph it!

Oriental dwarf kingfisher (Ceyx rufidorsa)....ISO set to 2400....cos it was very dark in the jungle around 6pm. It was just finished bathing near a river & resting at a tree branch. The birds love to take bath near shallow stream or river before sunset.
