Fossil or petrified wood from river near my home.

Petrified wood = a tree or tree-like plants having completely transitioned to stone by the process of permineralization.

    Thank you for the reply. A friend mentioned he bought one originated from Sarawak... I googled to verify and come across your blog. Apparently, such rock in China is commercialised.
