Islands & swamps of northern Peninsular Malaysia - part 1


Parosphromenus rubrimontis from peat swamp of Perak.

First time found bright coloured Barclaya motleyi (top) and the bottom one is Crypt. elliptica from swamp of Penang.

First time found silver variegated leaf wild ginger, Globba albiflora!

Apoballis brevipes

For the very first time in my life to meet this giant sized gecko (more than 20cm long!). It is the tokay gecko (Gekko gecko)..
