Journey to northern and east coast of Peninsular Malaysia - part 1

Begonia rajah???

This small fish is Clupeichthys perakensis from Perak river. It is something like freshwater anchovy (food fish) which usually swim in big school and local fishermen will catch it using big net. It is very fragile fish and very easy to die in aquarium.

First time for me to meet Tawny Coster (Acraea terpsicore)....found it at Kelantan.

Begonia kingiana

Amorphophallus prainii blooming on sandy riverbank at a river of Kelantan.
