The male of South Island pied oystercatcher (Haematopus finschi) is trying to mate with female bird at the Mount Cook Of New Zealand.

The yellow-eyed Penguin (Megadyptes antipodes) is hiding under the bush....

The female Paradise Shelduck (Tadorna variegata)

The blue penguins (Eudyptula minor) are crossing the street! They are so cute. We are not allowed to use flash, so I used highest ISO & manual focus to photograph them.

The blue penguins (Eudyptula minorcan be found in coastal area of New Zealand & southern Australia. This shot is taken at night without using flashlight as it may hurt the eyes of penguins.

Sign post for blue penguin crossing.

Another beautiful bird from New Zealand: great crested grebe (Podiceps cristatus).

Red-billed gull (Larus novaehollandiae) from a beach in NZ.

Chaffinch (Fringilla coelebs) - found it near the lakeside of Wanaka, New Zealand.

New Zealand scaup (Aythya novaeseelandiae) - resting at lakeside of Queenstown.

Southern black-backed gull (Larus dominicanus).
