Exploring at southern Peninsular Malaysia - part 1

First time in my life to meet this beauty: Plush (Sithon nedymond) from riverine forest

This young Eriocaulon is looks like a mini pineapple!

A beautiful plant from the forest floor of lowland Dipterocarp forest

Probably new species of wild fighting fish from remote area of southern Peninsular Malaysia. It is from stigmosa group. It is sharing same stream with Betta pugnax.
